Who we are

Balance is an established BACS-approved payroll bureau that has been providing services, help and advice for over 20 years. From our offices in the market town of Tring, Hertfordshire, we offer a complete and personal payroll service for small and medium enterprises in all parts of the UK.

Our team, led by Melanie Stark, are all highly trained, experienced and dedicated to providing the best possible service, at competitive prices.
