Balance can attend to all your payroll responsibilities, so that you can concentrate on your business.
We produce payslips and reports, using a fully-computerised calculation of all payroll items, including parental pay and sick pay. We deal with all Income Tax and National Insurance payments, handle all correspondence with HM Revenue and Customs, and file your year-end return.
Balance is a BACS-approved bureau, so we can arrange for your employees to be paid electronically by BACS, subject to your bank's approval.
We store your payroll records in accordance with statutory requirements, and provide assistance with PAYE inspections by HMRC. And we supply an easy-to-read year-end summary report that will be valuable to your accountants and auditors.
