Getting started
Perhaps you have an established payroll and you're looking for someone to look after it for you. Perhaps you're a new employer who is unsure of how to proceed. Either way, we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
If you're a new employer, we'll provide help and guidance on handling your payroll, and set up your PAYE scheme with HM Revenue and Customs. If you've been an employer for some time, we will require your current payroll record in order to transfer the details to our own systems. In either case we make no charge for the administration involved in establishing your payroll with Balance.
